Exchanges and Returns
To arrange a return, the product must be sent back to our warehouse. Before shipping any item, please contact us at hola@mutluatelier.com to request a return. We will provide you with the exact return address and detailed instructions.
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of shipment confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging and tags intact. Once received, our team will inspect the items to verify their condition and approve the return.
- Outside mainland Spain or International returns: once the return has been confirmed by email at hola@mutluatelier.com, the customer must send the product back to our office at their own expense.
If the product is detective, all returns cost will be covered by MUTLU.
Exchanges or returns of jewelry are not accepted for hygiene reasons. Jewelry items will be only replaced if they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please send an email to hola@mutluatelier.com including your order number.
We will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 5:00 pm.
Once your refund has been approved and you have been notified by email, it May take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
