Return and Exchange Policy

The return period is 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. All returned items will be inspected by the MUTLU team to assess their condition and determine whether the return is accepted.

Return shipping costs are as follows:

• €3.99 for Spain

• €9.99 for EU countries

If the product is defective, MUTLU will cover all return costs.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry. We will only replace jewelry items if they are defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please send an email to hola@mutluatelier.com with your order number.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Once your return is approved and you are notified by email, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
